This is the second time I have hired Brett Gentry & Associates. Mr. Gentry is very knowledgeable and professional. The first time I hired him to replace a piece of fascia board on my home that had termites. The replacement board fit perfectly and he was extremely neat and careful not to damage any roof tiles that he had to remove. The second time was when I found termites in my garage rafters. Mr. Gentry responded to my e-mail almost immediately and came out the same day. He is very reasonably priced, efficiently processed all the reports and was very diligent about completely eliminating the termites.
I would highly recommend Brett Gentry & Associates to anyone with termite wood damage or active termites.

We just want to mention How thrilled we are to have found a company like this! They inspected all the property for a VA loan. Absolutely detailed and terrific in explaining to us all that was needed and helped us to understand the condition of our home. When other companies were not able to come the next day, this company was right there, plus performed the work quickly as needed. Standards for VA government loans are very strick and Brett, was right on top of it at all!

Brett Gentry performed the estimate and work for my house. He was on time and very responsive to my requests. Specifically, while he was doing both home and garage attics, I had asked him to put screen mesh over the vents and dormers as prevention. He was thorough in checking and treating all areas of termite infestation. He was methodical and generally at every step he took, he explained what he was doing. He really loves his work. After treatment in the damaged areas, he patched and painted where possible. For areas of dry rot, he recommended wood replacement – but this was not his responsibility. He also suggested patching materials for wood and concrete. Hopefully with his thoroughness, the next inspection and treatment will be minimal.
